Let My people go!

The heart of God is that all people's would be free from oppression, tyranny, injustice and slavery. It was never Gods idea that anyone should be in bondage or in "Egypt" in the context of slavery and oppression. Adam and Eve were the first to rebel against Gods righteous commands. They had everything they ever wanted or needed, and yet they chose to forsake freedom and enter into oppression and bondage to the world and the enemy of Gods creation. We live in troubled and desperate times. At every turn their is mass amounts of injustice, greed, control, and oppression that exists. Nations are in uproar, people are being killed for no reason, dictators and extreme ideologies are taking over. There is no peace. There is no righteousness. God is looking down from on high and I believe He weeps over His creation. He knows that because of the power of the evil one to distort, twist, lie, kill, steal, and destroy-His sheep are harassed and helpless. Truly they are a sheep without a shepherd. I think of the words in Isaiah 55 that say "Come everyone who thirsts..."
